嘉宾信息
丁晓东，中国人民大学法学院教授、博士生导师、未来法治研究院副院长。国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才。
兼任中国法学会网络法与信息法学研究会理事，中国社会法学会理事等职务，深度参与《个人信息保护法》《数据安全法》等法律法规的起草制定工作。曾获中山大学通信工程专业学士、法学硕士、北京大学法学博士、耶鲁大学法学硕士、博士等学位。研究领域为网络法与数据法、法理学、规制与治理、社会法等。在《中国社会科学》《中国法学》《法学研究》等中外核心刊物上发表论文70余篇，出版《个人信息保护：原理与实践》等多部著作。
讲座内容
传统著作权理论以主观独创性与人机二分法为基础，在前人工智能时代就并非完全成立，在人工智能作品时代，问题更加凸显。著作权制度应摆脱浪漫主义作者观，避免对著作权作全有或全无的整体适用，而应根据特定制度的功能对人工智能作品进行精准化保护。
操作指南
1) 下载东大信息化APP，登录之后在应用分类“学业生活”下点击“素质讲座”即可进入讲座预约界面！
1) Download DONGDA-INFORMATION APP, log in after the application category "Academic Life" under the Click "Quality Lecture" can enter the lecture appointment interface!
2) 等待后台发送讲座参与方式，讲座管理员会及时将线上讲座平台与会议号以短信的形式发送给大家(预约后请大家注意查看短信通知）。例如：

3）下载“腾讯会议”APP，使用智能手机/电脑/平板等设备登录APP，点击短信中“会议链接”或者输入“会议码”，即可进入讲座会议。进入讲座会议后，请将昵称修改为“学号-姓名”，中间以“-”符号连接。
3) Download the "Tencent Meeting" APP, use your smartphone/computer tablet to log in to the APP, click the "Meeting link" in the text message or enter the "Meeting code" to access the meeting. After entering the lecture, please change the nickname to "Student number-name", and connect with "-" symbol.
4) 如果同学们线上讲座预约完成后未收到通知短信，可以关注“东大信息化“APP中的“素质讲座”模块，在“通知公告”栏查看讲座平台和观看方式等信息。如有其他相关疑问，可发送至邮箱xueshubujlh_seu@163.com，工作人员会尽快以邮件的形式回复。
4) If students do not receive the notification message after the online lecture booking, they can follow the "Quality Lecture" module in the APP of "DONGDA INFORMATION" and view the lecture platform and viewing methods in the "Notice and Announcement" bar. If you have any other questions, please send them to xueshubujlh_seu@163.com. The staff will reply by email as soon as possible.
5）讲座结束后，工作人员会将考勤数据上传至系统（线上参与时长超过本场讲座时长80%才会被视作考勤成功），大家同样可以在“我的活动”选项中查看到已参与的线上讲座。
5) At the end of the lecture, the attendance data will be uploaded to the system (online attendance will not be considered a success until more than 80% of the lecture is completed) , you can also see the online lectures that you have participated in under the "My activities" option.
